Send your model and task
Tell us the clipper model, the crate, the tank — and what broke.
Send the equipment model and the task and we check it against real stock before we quote it. No cart, no card at this stage — just a person confirming the part fits your model.
Send an inquiry
Describe the model or brand, the task — a repair, a replacement, a first-time fitting — and how many you need. If you already know the size or fitting code, put it in the notes; if not, tell us what you're seeing and we'll work it out from there.
Most inquiries land in one of five jobs: a dog clipper blade replacement, a crate door latch replacement, a grooming table arm clamp gone loose, a leash D-ring repair, or a gravity feeder valve replacement. Tell us which one, or describe your own, and we'll take it from there.
Before you send it
A faster reply almost always comes down to three things being in the message: the brand and model of the equipment, a rough measurement if you have one — blade size, wire gauge, webbing width, tank litres — and how many parts you need. A photo of the worn part, attached to a follow-up email, settles most edge cases in one message instead of three.
If you'd rather see an estimate build before you write anything, the configurator walks through category, fitting, quantity and turnaround and hands you a pre-filled version of this same form at the end.
What happens after you send it
Someone on the counter checks your model against the spec sheets on file. If it's a fit we've confirmed before, you'll get a firm price and ship date back the same day, most of the time. If it's a model we haven't fitted, we'll ask a follow-up question or two before quoting — usually a photo or a measurement — rather than guess and ship the wrong part.
Every quote states the price basis plainly: what's included, what quantity it covers, and whether it's standard or rush turnaround. Nothing you see on this site or hear back from us is a locked price until that check happens.
